Mississippi Wastewater was founded in 2001 as a subsidary of Mississippi Valley Gas Company, with the goal of providing wastewater solutions that are both environmentally and functionally sound. In 2003, Mississippi Wastewater ended its partnership with Mississippi Valley Gas and became the exclusive utility provider of Adenus® systems in Mississippi. We have service territories in two counties and are in negotiations with several counties on the coast to provide wastewater solutions to areas ravaged by Hurricane Katrina.

Mississippi Wastewater is an Adenus® Company, making it part of a network of state wastewater utilities across the southeast. Mississippi Wastewater handles the billing, collection, operation & maintenance, and customer relations for Adenus wastewater systems throughout the state.
